• I grant permission to the League of Women Voters of Boulder County (LWVBC) to use my words and my own image as part of the "Why I Vote - Voices of our Community" social media and outreach campaign. 
• This permission is limited to the words and image I provide through this form or the image I submit by email. 
• I acknowledge the image that I may submit through this form or by email to the LWVBC is my own image and is not owned by another individual, company, or entity. 
• The League of Women Voters of Boulder County may use my words and image anywhere in the world, in any medium, and may edit, crop, or retouch the image I submit. 
• The League of Women Voters of Boulder County may use my words and image for any purpose, which may include education, advocacy, fundraising, and advertising but this permission is not limited to these purposes. 
• I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of my words and image or the opportunity to inspect or approve any use.
• I acknowledge that I will not receive any further notice regarding the use of my words and image along with the opportunity to inspect or approve any use.
• I agree to release the League of Women Voters of Boulder County and any of its members, agents, employees, or licensees, from any and all claims or liabilities (including but not limited to invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation, or defamation) based on any use, distribution, or publication of my words and image provided by me, and agree not to sue the League of Women Voters Boulder County for any use, distribution, or publication of the my words and image. 
• I have read the above or this release, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release prior to agreeing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

• La Liga de Mujeres Votantes del Condado de Boulder podrá hacer uso de mis palabras e imagen en cualquier parte del mundo, en cualquier medio, y podrá editar, recortar o retocar la imagen que envíe.
• La Liga de Mujeres Votantes del Condado de Boulder podrá hacer uso de mis palabras e imagen con cualquier fin, el cual puede incluir la educación, la defensa, la recaudación de fondos y la publicidad, pero este permiso no se limita a esos fines.
