ALL HANDS ON DECK! THE LWVBC VOTER SERVICE TEAM NEEDS YOU TO EMPOWER VOTERS AND DEFEND DEMOCRACY! The LWVBC Voter Service Team requests your presence for a voter service volunteer orientation/reorientation to learn about opportunities in which we can empower voters and defend democracy. We welcome your ideas and volunteer talents as we prepare for a very busy election year ahead. The event includes an informal Q&A with Boulder County Clerk and Recorder Molly Fitzpatrick and we will introduce a new social media and outreach campaign titled WHY I VOTE - VOICES OF OUR COMMUNITY. The voter service leaders will also present information on volunteer roles for ballot issue research, candidate forums, voter outreach, and the League’s online voter guide VOTE411.org. An optional voter registration drive training will occur during the remaining portion of the event.
