What is this?
Join us for a member coffee--
Everyone welcome - current members, new members, perspective members.
Join your fellow League members and non-members for both social time and education on January 8th for the Member Coffee at 10:00 am Our featured presentation for this month will be given by LWVBC’s community partner, CIRC, the Colorado Immigrant Rights Collation. CIRC is a state-wide, member-led coalition of dozens of groups and organizations working on immigrant rights, including bills in the Colorado Legislature. LWVBC is a 5-year member of the North Region, which also includes such groups as Motus Theater, Philanthropiece Foundation, Intercambio, Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County, and others. Josh Stallings, North Regional Organizer and Raquel Lane-Areliano, Political Manager, will be joining the Zoom call to tell us about the organization and discuss CIRC’s legislative priorities for 2022. We hope you can join us. Invite a friend!
