ANNUAL MEETING
Saturday, May 2, 2020
10:00 – 11:30 am
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, we cannot meet in person at Nissi’s for this year’s Annual Meeting. Please plan to “attend” the LWVBC Annual Meeting virtually, on Saturday, May 2nd. You may be able to “see” many of your League friends, even if we can’t meet in person. We look forward to seeing you!
We will begin the day with the business meeting, which will include election of officers, approval of the budget, approval of by-laws changes, and adoption of the 2020-2021 program. For those who cannot participate in the Zoom meeting we will also provide online polling on these issues, several days in advance.
We will then proceed with the Awards portion of our meeting. We will be honoring two Community Partners. Julie Frieder is Boulder County’s Partnership Specialist with the U.S. Census Bureau. Elle Cabbage is the Executive Director of the Erie Chamber of Commerce. After that, we will present some awards to our members who have worked so hard all year long.
