In this interactive, self-reflective workshop, participants will gain an understanding of how racism functions as an interrelated system--ideologically, interpersonally, institutionally, and internally--and identify specific ways that these aspects can be recognized and challenged. We will also uncover specific characteristics of white supremacy organizational culture that are often unknowingly used as norms and standards, and are damaging to both White people and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
